A Six-inch Skeleton of “Alien Looking” Creature With over-sized Head



Ata is the skeletal remains of a 6-inch (150 mm) human found in a deserted town in the Atacama Desert, Chile in 2003. Ata has since found its way into a private collection in Spain. It was found by Oscar Muñoz near an abandoned church in a ghost town called La Noria, 56 km to the interior of Iquique in northern Chile. Muñoz later sold it to a local pub owner for 30,000 pesos (approximately 60 USD), who then sold it to a Spanish businessman, Ramón Navia-Osorio, who is the current owner It was hailed as proof of alien life, a mummified visitor from another planet. Ten years after the remains of a six-inch ‘space alien’ were first discovered, they have been confirmed as ‘human’ by Stanford scientists in a new documentary film Sirius. Since the remains of the small humanoid - known as the 'Atacama Humanoid' and nicknamed Ata - were discovered in Chile's Atacama Desert 10 years ago there has been much speculation about its origins. Theories have included that the bones were those of an aborted fetus, or a monkey, or even an alien that had crash-landed on earth.  Although initially thought to be older, the remains have been dated to the last few decades, and contained high quality DNA for scientific analysis. Ata has an irregularly shaped skull and is missing two ribs. Ata may have also suffered from Oxycephaly. There are several hypotheses about what Ata is. Anatomist and paleoanthropologist William Jungers has suggested that it is a premature human fetus, considering the frontal suture was very open, and because the hands and feet were not fully ossified. An alternative hypothesis, by immunologist Garry Nolan is that Ata had progeria and thus died prematurely. Nolan's more speculative suggestion is that Ata suffered from a very severe form of dwarfism, but no genes for dwarfism have been found during his team's genetic analysis. Professor of Medicine, Ralph Lachman said that dwarfism cannot account for all the features found in Ata. During the DNA analysis by Nolan, the B2 haplotype group was found. Combined with the alleles from the mitochondrial DNA, it suggested that Ata is indigenous to the west of South America. While it has been claimed that Ata is an alien, by ufologists, the genetic material is consistent with a human.


IS IT A HOAX? 

Dr Steven Greer, who led the project and documentary, has hit back at critics who claim the body is a hoax. 'The CAT scan clearly shows internal chest organs -lungs and what appear to be the remains of a heart structure,' he said. 'There is absolutely no doubt that the specimen is an actual organism and that it is not a hoax of any kind. 'This fact has been confirmed by Dr. Nolan and Dr. Lachman at Stanford. In the weeks leading up to Monday’s premier of Sirius, UFO enthusiasts had grown increasingly excited that the film could announce a major breakthrough in the search for extra-terrestrial life forms. Experts say the small skeleton certainly bears many of the hallmarks of what we have come to believe aliens look like, in particular a large head overshadowing a small body. According to Chilean local newspaper, a man called Oscar Munoz found the remain on Oct. 19, 2003 when he was looking for objects of historical value in La Noria, a ghost town in the Atacama Desert.  Near an abandoned church, Munoz found a white cloth containing, according to the newspaper, ‘a strange skeleton no bigger than 15cm [the size of a pen].  It was a creature with hard teeth, a bulging head with an additional odd bulge on top. Its body was scaly and of dark color. Unlike humans, it had nine ribs. 'After six months of research by leading scientists at Stanford University, the Atacama Humanoid remains a profound mystery,' said physician and Disclosure Project founder Dr. Steven Greer. 'We traveled to Barcelona Spain in late September 2012 to obtain detailed X Rays, CAT scans and take genetic samples for testing at Stanford University.  'We obtained excellent DNA material by surgically dissecting the distal ends of two right anterior ribs on the humanoid. 'These clearly contained bone marrow material, as was seen on the dissecting microscope that was brought in for the procedure, 'In the new documentary, a DNA sample from bone marrow extracted from the specimen was analyzed by scientists at a prestigious American university.  

They concluded that it was an 'interesting mutation' of a male human that had survived post-birth for between six and eight years. ‘I can say with absolute certainty that it is not a monkey. 'It is human - closer to human than chimpanzees. It lived to the age of six to eight,’ said Garry Nolan, director of stem cell biology at Stanford University's School of Medicine in California. 'Obviously, it was breathing, it was eating, it was metabolizing. 'It calls into question how big the thing might have been when it was born.' ‘The DNA tells the story and we have the computational technique that allows us to determine, in very short order, whether, in fact, this is human,’ Nolan, who performed the DNA tests, explains in the film. In addition to studying the origins of Ata, Sirius explores the subject of UFO and ET visitation, the disclosure of secret UFO files, and the investigation of advanced energy and propulsion technologies extra-terrestrial civilizations are using to travel to Earth. Based on evidence gathered over the past 20 years by physician and Disclosure Project founder Dr. Steven Greer, Sirius reveals how and why these energy technologies are being suppressed in favor of maintaining the current petrochemical system.  Sirius premiered in Los Angeles on Earth Day and will be released online and in select theaters worldwide, starting April 22. Scientists concluded that the skeleton was an 'interesting mutation' of a male human that had survived post-birth for between six and eight years.

3. बात सन् 1917 की हैं, जब 1₹ रुपया 13$ डाॅलर के बराबर हुआ करता था। फिर 1947 में भारत आजाद हुआ, 1₹ = 1$ कर दिया गया. फिर धीरे-धीरे भारत पर कर्ज बढ़ने लगा तो इंदिरा गांधी ने कर्ज चुकाने के लिए रूपये की कीमत कम करने का फैसला लिया उसके बाद आज तक रूपये की कीमत घटती आ रही हैं।

How does a ZIPPER works??

A Zipper or Zip fastener is a mechanical device used for closing two open ends of fabric or any material. This small piece of engineering has a lot of applications. It is even used in Space suits and Pressure suits developed by NASA. 

The zipper consists two rows of teeths facing each other with a small offset. Each teeth is not placed exactly opposite to other teeth; It is misplaced by a small distance.

Why February month has the least number of days?

February being the second month of the year, has the least number of days. How was February chosen to have the least number of days?

The present day calendar which is used worldwide today, is called the Julian calendar. The original calendar has the same 12 months and 365 days a year and 366 days for a leap year. When the calendar was first introduced; March 1 was celebrated as the new year because march was the first month of this original calendar. So February was the last month and it was allotted with the remaining number of days. This is why February has the least number of days. February remained as the last month of the year until 450 BC when it became the second month of the year.

·         Oct-o-ber was the 8th month
·         Nov-em-ber was the 9th month

·         Dec-em-ber was the 10th month



You might wonder why the New Year day has changed by now. We celebrate New Year to mark the completion of the year after 12 months of time. New Year was seen more as a festival than as a reference point in the calendar of time.  The months and the calendar were designed based on the seasons. The New Year day were changed by the emperors according to their wish. Even Dec 25th and March 25th were celebrated as the New Year day.


New year is just a reference point to denote one revolution of the Earth. The New Year day differs in every civilisation. Any astronomical activity or movement of celestial body is used as a reference point by most of the calendars.

How to Remove yeabests.cc virus from system

 I was already frustrated from this virus when it hijacked my pc last week.

Moving to steps

Files Required

ProcessMonitor

WMIExplorer

Open Process Monitor Goto Process Monitor filter
Select Path -> Contains -> Google Chrome.lnk then Include
Click Add
Press Ok



First remove chrome shortcut containing extra link like --load extension .... bla bla bla

Now constantly check chrome shortcut and As soon as it again gets renamed note the time and
Come back to process monitor and note the file name which had just done "Write" Operation
That's it this file was responsible for doing the changes.

Now I got clue that scrcons.exe was responsible to do this.

Ok now  moving forward I research a lot and got that this is advance version of running vbscript program without storing the file.

Pros and Cons of the new GST bill in India?

The long-awaited Goods and Services Tax Bill is expected to be passed on Wednesday in Rajya Sabha. With the major opposition party, Congress now agreeing to the passage of the bill, major hurdles for the Bill have been cleared.


Historical Background:
It was first recommended by Kelkar Task Force on implementation of Fiscal Reforms and Budget Management Act 2004.  (http://finmin.nic.in/reports/FRB... )

Motives behind the GST:
  • Subsume all indirect taxes at the centre and the state level
  • One-Country-One-Tax
  • Reduce the cascading effect of taxes on taxes.
  • Increase productivity and transparency; increase tax-GDP ratio.
  • Reduce/Eliminate tax evasion and corruption 


How is it going to happen?
Currently a businessman (includes manufacturers, whole-sellers, retailers), purchaser and even a salaried person has to pay variety of taxes when they get engaged in transactions of an item. You might wonder how a salaried person comes into the picture. Remember Central Surcharges you pay as a tax assessee and Service Tax you have to pay in restaurants and other places?

GST envisages following amendments in the Tax Regime:

1. The GST regime seeks to subsume the following taxes into a single one:
Taxes levied by Central Govt. : Central Exercise. Service Tax. Service Tax. Central Surcharges. Central Cesses.
Taxes levied by State Govt. : VAT/Sales Tax. Entertainment Tax. Luxury Tax. State Taxes and Cesses.

2. There will be minimum three rates, namely Standard Rate (covers most items), Merit Rate (Lower than Standard Rate for essential goods) and Special Rate (higher than Standard Rate for jewellery and precious metals)

3. Cooperative Federalism States and the Centre will have concurrent power to levy taxes. As of now, Centre mainly collects Service Tax, while the states tax the retailing process. With GST their roles will be extended. Anyone can tax anything. However, the states will see their arena extended, the Centre's will be shrunken.

4. Taxes on consumption but not on production. The final consumer will bear all the taxes, and this tax will have Centre's as well as the States' share in it. Taxes will also be paid by intermediaries, however this amount will be paid back to them!

Merits of the GST Regime:
  • Reduce the cascading effect of taxes on the final price of the product. Eliminate tax-on-tax effect. No more Tarikh pe Tarikh pe Tarikh...ooops Tax pe Tax pe Tax pe Tax.
  • Moderate prices and increase consumption.
  • Uniform and Stable Tax Regime. One-Country-One-Tax.
  • Simplify Tax Structure. Reduce the hassles of filing tax forms by merchants.
  • Increase GDP, tax-GDP ratio and revenue surplus.

Demerits of the GST:
  • Doesn't include petroleum and alcohol products. Heavy loss to the exchequer.
  • Instead of blurring out the difference between goods and services tax, it highlights them. An aam aadmi (common man) filing the tax-returns will have to suffer.
  • It requires strong IT (Information Technology) infrastructure at grass-root levels. India essentially lacks this. This factor is going to be the bottleneck, if not addressed well in advance.
  • Very high rates 16% compared to current 12.5 % VAT.
  • Tax-sharing between states and the Centre was another bottleneck. Nice to see that there is a consensus now.


The GST Bill has been pending for long: since 2004. With the UPA Govt. at centre, the BJP-controlled states were against it. As the GST bill requires amendment to the Constitution (Amendments to the clauses relating to Centre's and states' power to levy and collect taxes), the states feared loss of autonomy. The experts tried to ally this false apprehension, but it was largely due to lack of political will that the Bill couldn't see the light for this long. F*ck you BJP.

The Bill as brought up by the newly elected Central Govt. is basically the same old wine in new bottle, with minor changes:
  • Centre to compensate for the states' loss - 100% in first 3 years, 75% for the fourth year and 50% for the fifth year.
  • Formation of GST council for deciding the GST Rates.
  • States with manufacturing activities to enjoy protection for a little while.
  • Mostly uniform rate, but little flexibility permissible.

In my opinion, there are more positives to the GST Bill than negatives. The negatives are mostly minor, arising out of the structural problem in the country. This should have been done long back, which otherwise created more confusion, helped merchants evade taxes and accumulate black money. Happy to see that the govt. with such a strong mandate is pushing forward the agenda.
